I do not write for any form of external validation.. What you read may not have the same meaning as what I write... But do not underestimate the personal significance of my words! Does it help or hinder?

Is it related to Shame:

"A painful emotion caused by a strong sense of guilt, embarrassment, unworthiness, or disgrace"

I have a (un?)healthy dose of each..
